Good, easy to make. Definitely add some veggies for additional flavor - did mushrooms and broccoli on 1st time.

This was an easy recipe It needed more liquid for the right consistency I used the starchy water from my chic pea pasta
I also added some pecorino on top. Will definitely make it again

Loved it! I added Nutritional Yeast and more salt and pepper!

It was quick and easy but needed extra salt and pepper to help in the flavour department.

I added mushrooms and cashue milk to thin it out a little. went great with chicken and spinach/cheese ravioli.

This turned out great for a healthy Alfredo. I boiled the cauliflower in plain water then put it in my bullet added whole non fat coconut milk in a can with salt pepper and garlic, and some tapioca starch. Turned out smoooooth and creamy! Yummy.

Very good as a healthy substitute. Added a bit of lemon!

Pretty good I added a few spices and herbs and some shrimp to it, but other than that it actually turned out really well

It was so delicious! I don’t know what all the bad ratings are about because mine came out really good!

It just tasted like mashed up cauliflower.

Lots of flavor. Everyone loves it. Not as close to Alfredo as we had all hoped but definitely an acceptable alternative and we will make it again. Recipe said it made 2 servings so I doubled it and it made way too much for 4 people. I think the recipe as is could make enough for 4.

Spectacularly Creamy!
I made an extra batch that I’ll use this week in various dishes ie use the creamy cauliflower Alfredo as a dip with my multigrain bread!

I used almond milk. It was creamy and good. Next time I might add a veggie and chicken.

Awesome! Added nutritional yeast. Might add basil pesto next time.

It was off, but that was my fault. I used gluten-free pasta and I’m not used to using that. Other than that, it was great and my siblings (surprisingly) wanted some.

This was so creamy and guilt-less! And very easy to make!!

After reading the reviews I doubled the garlic, added a tbsp of nutritional yeast, and used coconut milk instead of water so delicious cooking coconut milk), and it tastes amazing. The amount of salt recommended was enough for me because I don't really like salty foods. So delish, so good, and so worth making again! 👍🏼

Amazing! Not the biggest fan of cauliflower but this tastes so good! So creamy!

It definitely needed more salt

It was absolutely delicious! Just substitute the water for your choice of milk, and add nutritional yeast 😋

Turned out pretty good though very bland so I ended up adding garlic salt, oregano, pepper, mixed seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder. Overall a good meal. I served it with some baked French bread and vegan Parmesan cheese and I think it really made the meal. Will be making again !!!

This sauce was pretty good except I had troubles blending it after it was so hot. Had to wait about 15 minutes for it to cool and it made a huge mess so I wish I knew that. It also needs a bit more flavour but other than that it works very well! May have been a bit too watery also.
