I made it last Christmas and was a little bet dry; so this time I add an extra 1/2cup of apple juice and 1/2 cup of vegetable broth and 1 cup of chop pecans and it turn delicius !

Bit dry but tasty. I used normal white bread 😊 would definitely make again, with a little more liquid
