Perfect mouth feel. Not too moist. Used 1/2 C Half and Half with 1t cream of tartar instead of buttermilk.

Turned out amazing, very easy to make and everyone loved it. I substituted the buttermilk for 3/4 plain yogurt and 1/4 milk.

Great flavor. I had to use plain yogurt as I didn't have buttermilk. Will cook full 20 minutes next time I make it.
