- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 4 Tbsp. unsalted sunflower seeds (roasted)

- 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard

I found this salad delicious and easy to make . As others have mentioned there's a lot of salad dressing. If you're making this for a large group you could easily double the salad and not the dressing.

Wonderful side salad, added a little extra honey to give it more sweetness but other than that it was excellent.

I made it this weekend with someone ranch pork chops and it was the perfect dinner. There was a lot of dressing left over. I think next time I will half it the dressing. But really a keeper. Sadly the dressing doesn't hold up in the fridge.

Made this for friends and it was amazing. I left out the cranberries and didn’t miss them. Followed the rest of the recipe. Definitely a keeper.! Will add chicken next time for a full meal.

great salad. added walnuts instead of sunflower seeds. my partner loved it and he usually hates salads

The salad was delicious! I did make a few changes though. I used walnuts instead of sunflower seeds in order to get more protein. I also added chicken for protein. I took her advice and added goat cheese, which I think is necessary in order to cut through all of the acidic components of this salad. Will definitely be making this again!
