Good I would add 1 more tablespoons of powdered sugar because I like them sweeter But I love the step by step instructions and the video of how to fold

Made these a couple times now. One time using fresh snow crab, second time using imitation crab. Call me crazy but IMHO I think the imitation crab was actually tastier the snow crab! 🤪

I doubled the cream cheese because I like a less fishy taste, but besides that, these were AMAZING!

Great! I would make again, I love the slightly sweet taste that the sugar gives it as strange as it seems with crab and cheese. Also I used jumbo lump crab that is in the can in by the seafood counter at the store. I used 2 cans and 3 8oz bricks of cream cheese. I was making a lot of Rangoons.
