- 5 Roma tomatoes (diced)
- 1 orange pepper (finely diced)
- 1/4 red onion (medium, finely diced)
- 3/4 cup cilantro (diced)
- 2 avocados (large, cut into bite-size pieces)
- 2 limes (Fresh, juiced, I sprinkle on the avocado to keep from turning brown)
- 1 cup Italian dressing (or 1 pkg. Good Seasoning Italian Dressing packet mixed with EVOO and vinegar)
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. cumin
- 1 jalapeno (optional, de-seeded)

This was delicious and a great side to our summer dinner! My son doesn't like onions or peppers so i didn't include that in the "kids" version but overall it was a hit! i don't think I included all of the sauce in my version. Than you!
