Pretty darn good. I used cholula hot sauce and chicken sausage.

I make this frequently with sweet potatoes and turkey sausage instead and it’s still fantastic!

I added red/green bell peppers, a little cheese and I also spiked up the potatoes a bit prior to baking them, also added avocado as garnish. And this recipe's description of time(or lack thereof) doesn't seem to match reality, in all it took about 30-40 minutes.

Fantastic! Next time a little bit of jalapeño and bell pepper

Tasty amd easy. I got a little confused between breakfast sausage and sausages but I just cut up the sausages I got and cooked the potatoes in some leftover duck fat and it worked out fine.

Not sure these calories are right, has to be way more than 170 per serving. But it tastes great and is easy to make. I edited because I can't give it a 5 when the calories are so off, I built this recipe in Myfitness pal and came up with 500 + cals per serving

It was good. Def don’t over cook the eggs but will for sure make this again

The salt level was ok, but could use more if you need to substitue the sausage for other types of sausage (turkey, beef, summer).

This recipe was so good! I modified it to feed 5 and it still was plenty of food! I also added some chipotle chili powder to kick it up a notch

we liked it alot, but we used cheddar cheese and ketchup instead of hot sauce.

My husband and kids loved this breakfast meal. We used a cast iron skillet for it all. Cooked the potatoes in 2 tablespoons of butter and 2 tablespoons of olive oil. We baked the eggs to be completely done (On accident) but even that way it turned out amazing! We added some shredded cheese and some ketchup on top when finished.

Delicious and easy to make. I put my eggs in for 10 minutes though not 4.

I used turkey sausage, we don’t eat beef, but it worked! Delicious! Added sriracha, pretty hot, almost too hot. Thank you, great recipe
