Very tasty. The core ingredients are the bacon, green pepper, onion, mushrooms, and eggs. I would cook them together in that order. It tasted delicious without the tomatoes and potatoes, but I added them anyway after cooking them separately. I seasoned with S&P, onion/garlic powder, and Badia Complete Seasoning. Would definitely make again.

The directions were not the best. Unfortunately it didn’t turn out that great.

Tasted delicious.. I didnt add the red potatoes because I'm unsure what that is but it tasted great nonetheless

this is a delicious dish my children love this and they are picky eaters. i left the mushrooms out and i fried everything in a little bacon grease left from the bacon

It is really good, but if you want your potatoes crispy, I suggest u fry them first. Also if u don't have the time cut potatoes, u can use ready made hash browns. U can put them in frozen(they will thaw), or fry them first.

My husband loved this recipe and he is very picky. We will definitely make it again. Like the other reviewers, I did cook the ingredients separately and mixed at the end. That takes a little longer, but it worked perfectly. Definitely worth the time.

Very easy. Substituted leftover ham (bone in) for the sausage and hasselback potatoes for the hash browns. Used red & yellow peppers rather than the green. Still very good with the changes..

i went without Bell pepper and mushroom and i added cilantro, turned out great! also very easy, will make again.

delicious just remember to cook the potatoes before hand, I forgot how long they take and ended up burning my vegtables to cook the potatoes. :(
