It was very good. I’ve made it several times. It’s very similar to a dish I used to make back in the seventies from a book called “Diet for a small planet”. It’s simply delicious. I use fresh spinach and cook it with one chopped onion and lots of garlic. 😀

Wow, this was better than expected. I added a chopped onion and garlic clove, sautéed before adding to the mix. Also added some chopped broccoli. Reminded me of spinach artichoke dip and is definitely a healthy alternative.

Amazing! I used fresh spinach and wilted it in garlic ghee, while that was going, I beat the eggs, mixed in the cottage cheese and Parm, then added the spinach with mixed up seasoning salt and spicy garlic. 100% recommend
