Great, best fried chicken in oven, off course it’s not like KFC as they use MSG to make it smell and taste improved.

Great recipe for oven fried chicken. Chop it up, serve over mashed potatoes and corn and drizzle with gravy. Easy copycat KFC bowls for the family.

This is S pretty good recipe. It is really spicy. If you don't like spicy food than cut the cayenne pepper down to 1/4 tsp. I used chicken breasts and butter flied them. I just cooker for 15 minutes then sprayed the butter and set timer for 5 minutes and than sprayed the chicken once more and set for 5 minutes. Plus I ran out of breaking so I had to make another batch. If you are cooking over 2 pieces of chicken double the dry ingredients. It has a really nice flavor and I can defiantly taste KFC in the recipe.
