    This is really tasty but it should be baked for longer than 25 minutes I would say about 35 or 40

    Wonderful! Key to success is to not over bake... these will still be jiggly in the center. Take out of oven when the edges are set and golden. Let the pan set a while till the center cools and sets up. Carmely delicious and they will disappear faster than you can imagine! We’re all stuck at home Because of covid 19....make the most of it by baking some of these babies!

    This is a delicious recipe but I would double the ingredients next time. Either way, I recommend especially with a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream :)
