- 500 grams cod (shredded)
- olive oil (to taste)
- 1 onion (cut in half and then sliced thinly)
- 1 garlic clove (minced)
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 carrot (grated)
- 250 grams potato (shoestring, fries, or homemade potato chips cut into thin matchsticks)
- 4 eggs (extra large)
- nutmeg (to taste)
- ground black pepper (to taste)
- 2 Tbsp. fresh parsley (chopped)
- black olives (to taste)

Directions
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- Bake cod, drain, remove the bones, and shred. Set aside.
- In a pan with olive oil, saute the onion, garlic, and bay leaf (halved and without the string).
