- 1 lb. carrots (shredded)
- 1/3 cup sliced almonds (toasted)
- 1/3 cup golden raisins
- 2 Tbsp. sweetened flaked coconut (toasted)

- Combine Hellmann’s® or Best Foods® Carefully Crafted Dressing and Sandwich Spread, coconut milk, curry powder, salt and pepper in large bowl.
- Add remaining ingredients and toss to coat.
