- 6 cups romaine (torn, and/or iceberg lettuce)
- 1/2 bunch watercress (torn)
- 1 whole peeled tomatoes, undrained and chopped
- 3 cups cooked chicken (cut-up or shredded)
- 6 slices bacon, crisp-cooked and crumbled
- 2 avocado
- 1/2 lime
- 3 green onions (thinly sliced)
- 1 eggs
- 1 cup roquefort cheese (about 4 oz)
- 1/2 cup Wish-Bone Italian Dressing

Directions
- Combine avocados with lime juice in medium bowl; set aside.
- Arrange lettuce and watercress on large serving platter. Top with chicken, tomato, bacon, onions, egg, cheese and avocado; arranging in rows. Just before serving, drizzle with Wish-Bone® Italian Dressing.
