Horrible the bread was soggy I don’t know if I did something wrong with it but it just failed for me.

Very light and fluffy, but definitely tastes like eggs, almost like a light omelette. I added salt, pepper, and scallions to provide some flavor.

These are great! They were super easy to make. I didn’t use cream of tartar and they still turned out amazing. Good texture. A little bit eggy but nothing a bit of seasoning or butter couldn’t solve. Definitely making this again.

Lovely texture, definitely an accompaniment as not much going on flavour wise. I’m going to experiment with some spices and herbs to make them a bit more exciting as a stand alone snack!
