So, so easy and it turned out delicious! Really nice to not have to handle the raw chicken- the breasts cook while and after 5-6 hours are tender enough to shred with tongs. I used green salsa. It is a little bland, so I would recommend adding chili powder to taste. We didn’t have any tortillas so it was too runny to use for tacos, so I ate it as a soup and my husband and kids served it over leftover rice. Maybe I could have thickened with corn meal had I thought of it sooner.
