This dish is easy to make and tastes okay, but it needs tweaking. I actually used 8 whole eggs, 1/2 cup milk and 2 cups Parmesan cheese in a 9 x 13 inch pan. The next time I make this I will cook the mushrooms in a little olive oil until brown, add salt and pepper, and add a few cloves of garlic to amp up the flavor and see how that works out.
