needed more seasoning and for 6 servings we had to use 4 cups of macaroni instead of 2

I did a few substitutions:
Half of the milk I use whipping cream,
I added some garlic powder and used Monterey jack and sharp cheddar cheese.
I sprinkled some Panko breadcrumbs on top for extra crunch.
Turned out amazing!

Fantastic meal.
I did this as a quick meal for my wife and I whilst packing to fly to Mauritius so didn’t quite run out to get everything.
However, I followed the directions, quantities and spices and the meal turned out just great.
From my cupboards, my variations were Lumachine instead of Elbows, Sweetmilk & Gouda Cheese, tossed in Paprika, Garlic Salt and threw Parmesian sprinkle. Not quite a different meal, just had to improvise, but the instructions were perfect to follow.

Just put it in the oven. The cheese sauce tastes amazing. I added cayenne pepper for a bit of heat. Can’t wait to dig in

Probably the tastiest cheese sauce ever. made with whole wheat pasta and flour in sauce. put in blender. careful if you do if there is no vent it will explode from blender but it made it really smooth!

Turned out VERY well! To get a little more flavour though I added some cayenne pepper powder, dried basil, and some grainy mustard and it was super delicious!
