I added a little secret ingredient: a packet of Chik Fil A sauce and everyone at thanksgiving meal game me compliments!

I made these for a big family dinner and they were a hit with my family. Definitely were better the next day in my opinion but were delicious either day. Easy peasy to make. I used a tad bit more onion but I would add to make sure that onion is MINCED or you will have bitter bites of onion in the eggs which isn't altogether pleasant. We really enjoyed them, I'll be adding this to my cookbook for sure.
