Great recipe! I think next time I might melt or mix the topping with a little butter to make more of a carmelized top. My cinnamon sugar just sits on top and then falls off when I cut it up. Other than that, really yummy and very easy to follow. I substituted the molasses, because I didn’t have any, for maple syrup and still came out great.

So yummy!! I made it in one regular sized loaf pan and it only took about 25 minutes. The second time around I added vegan chocolate chips!
