- 2 tsp. cinnamon sugar
- 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
- 3 granny smith apples (peeled, cored and cut into 1-inch wedges)
- 3 sweet potatoes (peeled, and cut into 1-inch wedges)

Directions
- Preheat oven to 450°. Combine Promise® Buttery Spread, cinnamon sugar and pepper in small bowl.
- Toss apples with 1 teaspoon cinnamon sugar mixture in medium bowl. Toss potatoes with remaining cinnamon sugar mixture in 15-1/2 x 10-1/2 x 2-inch jelly-roll pan; arrange in 1 layer. Bake potatoes 10 minutes. Stir in apple mixture and bake, stirring once halfway through, 25 minutes or until potatoes and apples are tender. Toss gently before serving.
