Directions
- Put carrots, brown sugar, I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread, cinnamon and 1 cup water in large nonstick skillet and bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
- Reduce heat to medium and cook, uncovered until carrots are tender and glazed, about 25 minutes.

Delicious! I have waterless pots so I didn’t need a whole cup water. I used about 3 tablespoons and they were glazed perfectly. We have these at least once a week.

Delicious! Just what I remember from childhood. I made a change of using Libby's Carrots that are precooked. and doubled the recipe so there would be leftovers.
