It turned out great. My favorite swordfish recipe so far. And easy.

Sautéed butter, garlic, fresh ginger and cilantro first then added the lime juice and more cilantro.

This was easy and delicious! When I have lemons or limes that have been zested or are getting old, I squeeze them into an ice cube tray and freeze the juice. I happened to have cilantro, but honestly didn’t taste it. Not having it wouldn’t stop me from making it again.

My swordfish turned out perfectly. I melted butter and freshly chopped garlic on a skillet and cooked the swordfish for 2-3 min on each side then baked in the oven on 400 degrees for 15 minutes. As I placed the fish in the oven, I sprinkled cilantro, lime juice, salt, pepper and poured the butter, garlic sauce I fried it in, on top. This will be my go to recipe for cooking swordfish from now on!
