- 1/2 tsp. ground pepper
- 1/8 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/8 tsp. ground oregano
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tomatoes (diced)
- 1/4 onion (diced)
- 1 garlic clove (diced)
- 1 serrano pepper (finely minced)
- 1/4 cup water
