- 24 grams rennet (junket, powder)
- 500 mL milk
- 800 mL pudding
- 200 mL cream
- 100 grams brown sugar
- 200 grams chocolate (cooking)

Directions
- Mix the rennet with about half the milk (enough only to dissolve the rennet).
- Bring to boil the remaining milk with cream, sugar, and chocolate broken into pieces, until chocolate melts.
- Add the rennet, and bring to a boil on medium heat.
