These turned out great. I followed the recipe exactly as stated and let the dough sit for about 20 minutes at room temperature. It’s important to note that this batter won’t be super firm (not like a sugar cookie for example) so when it tells you to drop the dough ball into the sugar, just focus on it being a semi roundish glob of dough. I used a spoon to coat the dough in sugar and then could manipulate it softly into a round shape. Having a little bit of the powder sugar on your fingers helps the dough not stick so much

Very moist and delicious! I wasn’t quite prepared for how messy it was going to be getting them in to balls and putting the sugar on them, but they were so worth it!

These were so good I’m making more! It only made 12 but they were like insanely good bakery sized cookies
