flavorful and easy however it disnt have the crunchy coating like at restaurants

Delicious, never tried double frying pork before but turned out amazing. A bit salty so I'll cut back on the soy sauce next time and also use low sodium instead since the salt/ schezuan powder already packs plenty of flavor.
