Soo good and a good dose of vitamin C

Excellent was soooo good I licked the plate. I used a combination of bread flour, all purpose flour and cornstarch to bread the chicken pieces and deep fry. Came out very crispy. Did not use egg. Also I grated fresh ginger. The orange peel I sliced big pieces only. Did not soak the chicken in that sauce didn’t need it. Put the leftover sauce in the freezer to make a quick meal next time!

This reminds me of a little mom and pop Chinese restaurant in my home town. So delicious! Just a heads up, if you are trying to make something like Panda Express orange chicken, this is 14 times better

was very tasty. i doubled the batch because of family size and used thighs instead of breast to cut cost. granddad ate FOUR helpings. so it must be delightful.

The prep and cook time for this was closer to an hour for me. The sauce is so very tasty and worth the effort.

Sauce is great, used beef though. Yum!

Amazing! I love to try new recipes and, although it took awhile to make, it turned out way better than I imagined! Will definitely be making again.

Better than any Chinese restaurant! I used 3/4 cup cornstarch and 3/4 cup flour and fried the chicken in olive oil, it had just the right crunch and softness! Wasn't heavy on the stomach either! Will definitely make again!

I used corn starch, egg, and panko bread crumbs as the breading and fried the chicken in a deep fryer. Everyone said it was better than the orange chicken at any Chinese restaurant around.

It was delicious. It was fairly easy to make. The sauce was very good. I marinated the chicken overnight. The deep frying directions were easy to follow and the chicken turned out very crispy.

It turned out great. It was for a Bible Study dinner and everyone really enjoyed it. Will make it again.

Absolutely fantastic. Served it with steamed rice. My whole family is raving about it. Will make again and again....

Husband and I loved this recipe! Definitely takes some effort but the taste was fantastic. We added some orange marmalade rather than the zest and added a can of La Choy Chop Suey vegetables to go along with the meal.

Fantastic As is!! Would make it again!

Tastes just like the restaurant. I subbed red pepper flakes for the sriracha & , used fresh-squeezed oranges. I will definitely make again but double for leftovers.

20 minutes prep and cook time is a little bit of a stretch, set aside an hour.. this recipe is very orangey, way too orangey for me. Next time, I will do 1 tbsp orange zest, instead of 2 tbsp; 1/4 cup of orange juice instead of 1/2 cup; and 1/2 cup of Soy Sauce instead.

complicated to cook and so so taste

Good recipe! I like my orange chicken pretty orange-y so I’ll add more orange juice to the sauce and marinate longer. 30mins made the chicken tender but most of the seasoning fries out.. This is a perfect addition to my Asian-inspired nights!

very flavorful!! i used half the amount of sriracha and it was perfect; not too spicy, but it added a great little tang to it.
