    I absolutely loved the ease of making it. I did not have vinegar so used lemon juice instead but I guess vinegar is stronger and would have neutralized the too sweet taste

    excellent. may want to adjust the soy sauce for salt flavor, as some of my family found it salty. i thought that when mixed with rice it mellowed my concerns. I reduced the soy down and added more corn starch to lower salty flavor and thicken on my second batch and that was an even bigger hit
