- 1/2 cup wish-bone light asian sesame ginger vinaigrette dressing
- 2 tsp. chili sauce (asian)
- 1/4 cup carrot juice
- 4 oz. snow peas (julienned, 1/8- x 1/8- x 3-inch strips)
- 1 lb. salmon
- 2 cups cabbage
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 4 oz. glass noodles
- 4 cups cabbage
- 2 sliced green onions

Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°. Combine 2 tablespoons Wish-Bone Light® Asian Sesame Ginger Vinaigrette Dressing, chili sauce and 1 green onion. Arrange salmon in 8-inch glass baking dish, then brush with dressing mixture. Bake 10 minutes or until salmon flakes with a fork.
- Meanwhile, combine remaining Dressing with carrot juice in small bowl. Toss hot rice noodles with 1/4 cup Dressing mixture in medium bowl. Toss cabbages, snow peas and cilantro with remaining Dressing mixture in serving bowl. Top with noodles, then salmon. Sprinkle with remaining green onion.
