Very easy and delicious recipe. Made it yesterday for supper and my husband asked for more today! I did add more Cumin and Chili powder. Did not have fresh cilantro on hand so used dried cilantro instead. Will definitely make again and again! 😋

it was easy and turned out really good. i did add an extra tbsp of cumin and chili powder, as well as some other seasonings. didn't add the celery or corn either. and i also added shreddded chicken....yum
