The best chili I’ve ever made! I’ve used most of the ingredients in this chili in the past, and it’s been very good, but the absolute game changer was the tomato juice!! I was skeptical, but took a chance and I’m glad that I did. A few changes/additions that I made includes the following: I used ground turkey instead of beef. I added spicy ground turkey sausage. I used avocado oil instead of olive oil. I added the minced garlic after I sautéed the pepper and onions, and sautéed for an additional minute; otherwise you risk cooking the garlic too long and it becomes bitter). I used red pepper instead of green (sweeter). And I used chili beans with the pinto. My family LOVED it!

Amazing it's a family favourite now!! Slight modifications, less tomato juice and more crushed tomatoes
