Directions

1. Cut the asparagus into wedges, and cook in a pan of boiling water for 4 minutes (they should be firm). Remove from pan, and refresh in cold water for about ten seconds, drain.
2. In a frying pan, heat a dash of olive oil, and on high heat fry chicken cubes until golden. Reduce the heat and gently cook the meat for about 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Add the chopped garlic and asparagus.
3. Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
4. Drain and pour the pasta into the pan with the chicken. Add the lemon juice and stir gently.
5. To serve, arrange on plates, and sprinkle with lemon zest.
