- 1 Tbsp. hot sauce (Valentina)
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
- 2 chicken breast halves (skinless and deboned)
- salt
- ground black pepper
- 2 Tbsp. low-fat mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. capers (chopped)
- dried dill (crushed)
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- salt

- 3 cups lettuce (assorted, thinly sliced)
- 1/2 green bell pepper (thinly sliced)
- 2 tomatoes (small, chopped)
- 1/4 cup onion (thinly sliced and marinated in water and vinegar)
- 1/2 cup cucumber (seeded and chopped)

Directions
- Mix the parsley, Valentina sauce, oil, and garlic. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Marinate the chicken in this mixture for 15 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Roast the chicken in a hot skillet until golden brown on both sides. Let it cool and cut into strips.
- Mix the mayonnaise, capers, a pinch of dill, and the mustard. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix the lettuce, bell pepper, tomato, onion, and cucumber. Dress the salad and toss carefully using tongs. Add the chicken strips and serve.
