I made this over the summer and it was a great hit with my family. I'll definitely be making this when it's grilling season again!

I was surprised how good this was. I have made it with chicken and pork. Both were very tender and tasty. It has become one of our favorites.

No fail recipe you just have to try! Chicken breasts were purchased at Costco and they have the best meat. I marinated the chicken the day before. Easy dish to prep. I also used the two skewer tip described on the website for the directions and will be using this tip for all skewered meat in the future. We cooked the skewers on the bbq for 12-15 minutes. The mest was succulent.... best souvlaki I have ever eaten! I served this along with Greek roasted potatoes with feta/lemon/parsley topping and skewered red onions and peppers. Easy meal and didn't heat up the kitchen on a very hot day!

LOVED IT! I only marinated it for about 20 minutes and it still turned out great. I just added the marinade to the pan for a while so the chicken could simmer in it.
