Very good and easy to throw together on a weeknight. Comforting potatoes and chicken in a creamy sauce.

Turned out delicious. Doubled sauce and added spinach and dill while cream sauce was cooking. Also made sauce in pan that chicken was cooked in for extra flavor. Added carrots with the potatoes. Only thing different is I wouldn't use chicken breast again. Should have used thighs as requested or boneless/skinless thighs. Chicken breast definitely weren't dry, but tough.

Excellent. If anything, we could’ve had more spinach. Also, don’t use chicken until it’s fully de-thawed!!

As most recipes from ‘D’ Delicious, this once again was spot on. I took some short cuts with the potato by cubing into 1.25” pieces, and frying in with the chicken half-way thru.
As I halved the recipe for two servings, I added slightly more heavy cream and chicken stock, and did not have any lemon, so used one roma tomato for acid factor, adding at the same time as the potatoes to fry with the chicken.
This was excellent!

So yummy! Cooked for 35 minutes and the potatoes were perfect. I didn’t have to boil them like a lot of other commenters, but maybe their pieces weren’t as small. Would recommend. Thank you 😄

Delicious, but my husband chose to add more salt. Also the prep time was under estimated… as most recipes.

Used chicken fingers instead. Pre cooked cut up Idaho potatoes in microwave.Cut recipe in half except for the sauce. Only two of us. Cooked in a 8x8. Was a little watery because of the frozen spinach but set up as it cooled. Really garlicky. Only used 3 cloves. Added mozzarella on top and let it melt in oven for 5 minutes. Will make again, very tasty…

omg this is by far the best thing so far ive made from here. that was the best flavored chicken and potatoes ive ever had. soooooo good. oh and the best flavoed spinach as well would give 10 stars if i could.

I took other suggestions and steamed the potatoes first, and also used chicken tenders. The flavor in this is AMAZING!! This recipe is perfection.

Turned out delicious!😋
Used boneless, skinless chicken thighs.
Preboiled baby potatoes whole until cooked half way through. Doubled the sauce recipe as well. Fam really enjoyed it and said that the sauce would be good over pasta as well. The only thing that I might do different the next time is cut it with a little acidity such as white wine or lemon.

Great flavor. I used split breast chicken, added onion and doubled the sauce. I also par boiled the potatoes first. My husband said it was rich like Thanksgiving dinner!

Recipe was really good! Giving this a four instead of a five because the potatoes were still pretty hard after 25 min cooking them. I would par bowl them next time

Delicious, I cooked the potatoes a little before adding to this, and also added a little al dente macaroni to the mix. Cooked the (frozen) spinach with the garlic and added the flour to that mix and continued with the sauce - saved cooking time and tasted good. Have also tried this subbing parmesan with a mix of cheddar and pecorino romano, turned out great too.

Loved this recipe!! Next time I will cut the potatoes smaller or maybe wrap it in aluminum foil to help them cook through. Tasty!

Perfect recipe! I personally would add more spinach we also added mushrooms and it tasted great! And we used 3 nice sized breasts cut in half and 👌🏻 so delicious!
