Description
Samosas are a popular dish in Indian cuisine that is enjoyed as a snack, entree, or appetizer. This version features a variety of vegetables and lean chicken breasts for a bit of protein. Raisins add a touch of sweetness, while curry powder adds tons of flavor a bit of spice. Traditionally, samosas are served with a mint chutney which is a great way to enjoy this recipe.

- 1 chicken breast
- 1/4 red onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 lb. filo pastry
- olive oil
- 1 tsp. curry powder
- 2 Tbsp. raisins
- salt
- cayenne pepper

Directions
- Grate the zucchini finely.
- In the bowl of a food processor fitted with the blade, coarsely chop the chicken with the onion and garlic.
- Gently brown the courgette and the chicken in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil.
