- 1 chicken breast (grilled, cut in half, boneless, skinned)
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise (light)
- 1/2 tsp. curry (ground)
- 1 stalk celery (chopped)
- 1 spring onion (finely chopped)
- 10 grapes (seedless, cut in half)
- bread slices (as desired)
- salt (as desired)
- pepper (as desired)

Directions
- Mix the mayonnaise, curry, salt, and pepper in a salad bowl.
- Cut the chicken breast into cubes, add it to the salad bowl, and mix (you can add a dash of milk if the mix is too thick).
- Add the celery, spring onion, and grapes to the salad bowl and mix them carefully. Let it sit for 1 hour.
- Toast the bread slices and serve the salad on top of them. You can also add some chopped lettuce on top.
