- 1/2 stick vegan butter
- 1/2 cup flour
- 3 cups almond milk
- 3 chicken breasts
- 3 cups chicken broth
- broccoli

Directions
- Melt butter in sauce pan and add flour, cook and stir. Add milk until sauce is thick.
- Spray 9 x 13 pan. Layer chicken, rice and sauce (2 levels). Pour can of chicken broth over all. Cover with aluminum foil
- Bake at 400 for 1 hour. May add broccoli for last 20 minutes or cook separately.
