- 2 chicken leg (piece)
- 3/4 cup yogurt
- 2 Tbsp. garlic paste (ginger)
- 1 Tbsp. paparika
- 2 Tbsp. cashew nut (paste)
- 1 tsp. cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp. turmeric powder
- 2 tsp. coriander powder
- salt
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 4 Tbsp. oil (or clarified Butter, Ghee)

Directions
- To the Yogurt, Add all the ingredients except the salt, pepper and oil.
- Take 2 pouches and fill the paste prepared in those.
- Add the chicken leg piece in each pouch and let it marinate for at least 18-20 hours.
