Great recipe! I’ve seen other shawarma recipes on Yummly but the spice profiles weren’t as good as yours. I cut up the chicken and marinated it all day in a ziploc bag, and then put them on skewers and grilled them, along with zucchini spears. Got rave reviews from the family! I’ll be making this again! I may double the sauce so I have some to drizzle over the chicken when it’s done.

i wasnt sure at first but it was good
