- lettuce (Chopped, about half a bowl)
- 1/2 mango (cut into small cubes)
- 3/4 cup jicama (cut into small cubes)
- 1 Tbsp. light mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. red pepper flakes

Directions
- Mix the mayonnaise and red pepper flakes together in a bowl.
- Cut the chicken breast into small cubes or strips.
- Place the lettuce into a separate bowl and pour the dressing over it. Mix the lettuce until it’s completely covered in the dressing.
