- 2 large potatoes (cut into big cubes)
- 1 onion (sliced into thin rings)
- pepper
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 pkg. stuffing
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 stick butter (melted)

Directions
- Stick the chicken, veggies, and seasoning in your freezer bag.
- On the day of cooking dump the contents of the bag into the crock pot and pour the soup on top.
- Sprinkle on the package of dry stuffing and drizzle the melted butter and water over it.
- Cook on low for the day (or at least 6 hours.)
