- 1 lb. ground chicken
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup Best Foods Mayonnaise (or Hellmann's®)
- 2 Tbsp. rub (Tim Love Poultry)
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil

Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Mix all ingredients together except olive oil and form into 1.5 ounce balls on wax paper.
- In a large oven safe sauté pan add oil and heat to medium heat. Add meatballs carefully 1 at a time. Then place in oven for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and serve with additional shredded cheese on top.
