So good! Doesn’t take long to make after prepping. I made 50% more sauce, and added a pinch of cornstarch to thicken and plenty of chili flakes (recipe not super spicy on its own)

Loved it! Made a few replacements but great for first time making pad Thai!

Drool. So good
Doubled the sauce and added the peanut butter. I could see cutting down the amount of brown sugar. But it tasted AMAZING

it's not spicy at all, but it still turned out really well. ee could easily feed 4-5 adults with this recipe. I did double the sauce and added the peanut butter.

Swapped out the fish sauce for oyster sauce (didn't have any fish sauce), but it was very tasty. I'll definitely make this again

Very good flavor and the recipe comes together quickly once the veggies are chopped.

Very good! I doubled the sauce and added some peanut to it. It's a keeper!

This dish is amazing! I am vegan so I did make some modifications ( no chicken or eggs and I used a combination of soy sauce and rice vinegar in place of the fish oil). The entire family loved it! This is literally my new favorite weeknight meal! It only took 30 minutes and the end result was delightful.

I did a lot of substituting in this recipe because of what I had on hand. But with Pad Thai it’s all about the sauce. The sauce is delicious! We both loved it. I was just happy that I had vegetables that lend themselves to Asian cuisine. Will certainly make it again. Maybe next time I’ll have the correct veg.

Fantastic! I doubled the sauce based on some suggestions here, and it was a lot. Stick to the recipe.

Very delicious
Had to have a second plate😋

I know my thai food and have made this before. Look elsewhere for better one. it should be richer sauce, thicker sauce and less sugar with a more peanut flavor.

Very tasty and easy to do. Next time would put less sugar

Great dish, i added more fish sauce, lime juice and chili to spice it up! Amazing! 👍👏

Excellent dish. Simple enough to prepare; flexible enough for substitutions (certain ingredients are harder to get now) - added some molasses, omitted the sprouts, used plain flat noodles in lieu of the standard asian rice noodle.
Reasonably kid friendy ... not nearly as many leftovers as I had hoped. Give it a try.

Good but it could have been more sauce and the dish was missing a little spice. Used sesamoil to cook the chicken.

Added some Thai Chile’s and Thai basil and doubled the sauce recipe like others recommended! Also used half veg oil and half sesame oil instead. It was a delicious dish and there were no leftovers!

Second time we have made it and both times have been a hit! The sauce is great and the recipe is pretty easy overall.

We loved it! Especially with the red pepper flakes!

It was a hit. The family enjoyed it. I’ll be making this one again. I added a little chili oil for a little extra flavor.

It was pretty tasty I added a little extra sweet soy sauce and I felt like that added a little more flavor

Tasted delicious! We preferred it a bit more sweet and sour, so added a little bit more brown sugar and vinegar.

Easy and delicious! I added some melted peanut butter drizzle to add a little more of a nutty flavor.

Overall, great pad thai recipe! Much closer to authentic than others I've tried to make. Added chili oil and Sriracha to give it a kick.

Very bland - I doubled the sauce but it still wasn’t quite right
