- 150 grams whole wheat spaghetti
- cooking oil (spray)
- 1/3 cup onion (chopped)
- 1 poblano chili pepper (roasted, peeled, and in strips)
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese (grated)
- 1/3 cup whole wheat breadcrumbs
- salt
- ground black pepper
- 2 chicken breasts (thinly sliced)
- cooking oil (spray)

Directions
- Cook the pasta following the instructions on the package.
- While the pasta is cooking, season the breadcrumbs with salt and pepper to taste. Cover the chicken on both sides with the breadcrumbs.
- Spray a skillet with cooking oil, and place over medium heat. Once it is hot, add the chicken and cook on both sides. Remove and set aside.
