Excellent. I would cut the carrots in julienne instead of shredded. I used refrigerated noodles which made it even easier.

I was asked to vary the usual dinner menu. I had to find something to do with chicken and whatever else I had at home. Fast to make. The dish turned out great and they even ate the green veggies.
