Really great recipe. I used 14 oz of noodles and a frozen stir fry veggie medley. Made so much! I also fixed my chicken and it marinaded for 30 minutes. Only thing I would change is using cold noodles and heat them up. It turned a little soggy using fresh made noodles.

This was very good ! Don’t add any salt. Next time we will cut half portion noodles or will double vegtables.

So easy and delicious. I probably doubled up on the vegetables. I just started tossing what I had in the fridge and sauteed before mixing in the noodles and meat. The sauce tastes great though no matter what you put it over.

Turned out great!! Do not add extra salt. I love salt but this dish doesn't need it.

Really yummy!!! A lot of prep, but turned out great! I added a little spicy chili paste for an extra kick!

This recipe was really tasty and had great flavor. I didn't use pea shoots to go on top of this because no Chicken Lo Mein I've ever had in an Asian restaurant included them. However, once I noticed that this was supposed to be a budget meal hence the "spending with pennies" website I wasn't pleased with the recipe. Unless you have a kitchen fully stocked with Asian ingredients this will cost you quite a bit to go out and buy items such as oyster sauce etc. This recipe is tasty but not budget friendly in my opinion. If you have the money to spend I suggest trying out this recipe.
