- 4 chicken breasts (cubed)
- 1 onion (medium, diced)
- 1 tsp. turmeric
- 1/2 tsp. Chinese 5 spice (optional)
- 1 garlic clove (diced)
- 1 lemon (grated and squeezed)
- 1 handful chopped parsley
- 400 mL sour cream
- black pepper
- grill seasoning
- paprika
- salt
- sunflower oil

Directions
- 1. Add the rice to the boiling water. Reduce the heat and simmer for about 10 min until the rice is tender. Drain well.
- 2. Season chicken with salt, pepper and Chinese 5 spices.
- 3. Heat the oil in a deep frying pan, stir in the chicken and fry for 1 minute.
