- 1 lb. chicken
- 3 cups celery (thin cut)
- 1 cup onion (sliced)
- 6 oz. sliced mushrooms (drained)

Directions
- Cook celery, onion, and mushrooms until crisp.
- Blend 3 tblsp. corn starch, 1/4 cup cold water, dissolve 1 chicken boullion cube (or add 1 can condensed beef broth)
- Stir into veggies and dump into meat.
- Add 1 - 1 lb. can of bean sprouts.
- Cook slowly until thick. Serve over rice or chow mein noodles.
